why would they do a cap raise when they stated they have enough cash for a number of quarters? Unless theres a bit of collusion like GXY and their insto masters. I think management should at the very least wait till the sp returns to 20c for not closing that deal they been promising. Otherwise thats a huge middle finger to the loyal shareholders.
