    it does raise questions on why the change in direction...
    since PL came out last and said they will do a substantial upgrade, they have has some good high grade/thick intercepts and they have this new lower zone they are hitting now with deeper drilling, maybe they think this zone is where the real inches will be and therefore it's frivolous to do an upgrade to early?

    just an opinion, would love to know the time/cost that is involved in upgrading the resource?
