Time for NS to go Flory hunting.I can just see Tommy Mac loading up the hunting gear right now.

Cant say Ive ever seen such a promising project murdered the way this was.If hedging was put in place a year ago they would not have come to this reality.Even if theyd hedged at well under the then zinc price it would have prodcued some profit.

Its not just sad for you guys that have held and held with the faith that it would happen but also for the potential it had for Burkina Faso.

I was lucky to gt out with my ar$e intact on this.But then I was holding options only and the downside risk and non conversion of those options due to such an occurence as the C & M of the mine was getting too high.

Good luck all and hope you can find something that will regain some of that lost capital.Otherwise Id simply hold on as I cant see this much mine closure happening without it hurting zinc supply,not withstanding any drop in Chinese galvanising demand.

Hoof just make sure you've got the old wizzened passionfruits tucked well within those smugglers before you walk out on the beach at St Kilda wont you!
