For a company that doesn't even have a plant design i was surprised tyhey got as high as they did.
Maybe just reality coming in and peeps realising that the ALCOA MoU has already been dragging on for 5-6 months with no final decision. Or maybe think Alcoa will get the better end of the bargain and all has been already factored into the SP.
To be honest I thought it was a good ANN
