all this down ramping that's going on atm, trying to tree shake or just being pests. I find comfort in my investment by focusing on Alcoa not FYI. my break down simply is what is Alcoa's plan B?
they either nut out a JV that works for both parties or we walk away from each other, if we find common ground and move forward with the JV our share price will increase.
if we walk away from each other, I think Alcoa will try for a hostile take over and our share our price will go up.
the JV is every share holders preference and will most likely have the best outcome for share price, but a hostile take over would most likely still see an offer north of $1, I'm happy either way.
if neither of these two outcomes occur FYI has our plan A and goes it alone.
FYI have plenty of option, Alcoa don't unless they go back to the drawing board and waste a lot more of time.
I'm holding tight to see how this plays out
