I’ll probably get shouted down for this suggestion,but what’s the chances of a JV with EGR and having a multi element plant all on the one site,not only having cost savings but securing majority interest in ownership rather than a 50/50 split with Alcoa and losing a bit of control.A win for all concerned with not as much dependency on Alcoa’s cash in flow but they still get the materials on agreement terms .I can see why the 90 day negotiations are in place as there is most likely lots going on,I just hope it all gets worked out for all parties and everyone leaves the agreement table happy with the outcome and all feel like winners.
