I was just about to post the same thing getting really exciting. We’ve met the precedent conditions, lets hope they can agree on terms that will be beneficial to both parties. There’s no doubt Alcoa is the whale here however a quick search shows several tier one companies teaming up with upcoming developers in joint ventures. Does any one know why Alcoa chose us out of all the HPA hopefuls? I think we should be reminded of this. The ESG credential is a global standard and an important feather in our cap. It is really good to see organisation (including ours) considering social/environmental impacts alongside profits.
