you won’t find anything on the IP and that is done on purpose. Royalties are forever I believe for the brains behind the process. I trust Norm Seckold, he has engineered 2 public take overs of his listed company’s, built few others. He is happy with the legal around IP then so am I. He is the largest shareholder. Enough for me as his stake is almost worth the whole market cap of FYI. people keep banging on about Rimas and what he owns, the chairman is more important in my view. I know fosters have been at Rols to strengthen FYI board but nothing seems to happen. The one man show can keep doing whatever he wants. You cannot build a company with a strong management team. Who else does FYI have ? Flow process is outsourced, so regarding the headcount who is somebody with track record and credibility that is part of the FYI team ?
