I looked back at the GEM purchases as well as their suspected sales. It's clear that they sell the shares purchased within a month of buying. My assumption is the 9.3M purchased on 15th Feb has been offloaded (4M on 4th March plus other smaller sales). The 10M obtained on 16th of March was offloaded on the 1st of April. The 10M obtained on 4th of June was partially offloaded on 24th of June with the remainder probably being sold in the open market the few days before the 24th and the days following. @Scottj15 you may be right on your assumption. I'm guessing they hold less than 1M shares now so that selling pressure should release soon.

We have close to 4.5M options expiring at the end of July 2021 so this will be the next selling pressure that we will see. If needed to pay for the 10c options people holding these options may sell some shares before exercising however at the current 52.5c SP that's only 700k of shares once you exclude the 750k 10c options Foster holds so it shouldn't move the SP too much.

Conclusion: our SP should start to climb soon leading up to the outcome of the JV. What happens short-term after that will depend on the outcome of the JV.
