has to be some dilution whatever path we take. Either earnings or SOI. Happy with either of it gets the deal done
It's interesting though you say that. That's maybe a possibility we haven't considered. JV may be equally contributed to and FYI share register stays the same. They stump up cash, we bring tech and customers. tbh I don't have a clue and am happy to let it play out.
