perhaps some options conversion selling to cover the excercise price.
and as pointed out there's around 3.75 million more to convert by end of July.. or at 10c conversion around 375k worth.
we can see if the option holders need to cover this cost and decide to keep the shares, then the $375k can easily be raised in a day of trading... Assuming they already hold stock, and sell that stock.
this is nothing of an overhang compared to A4N

With their recent cap raise at 55c, and now it's 46.5c... must be millions of shares there underwater on A4N...
and with Regal and mates smashing the A4N price, as they are well in profit.
