When I read the Quarterly I didn't pay much attention to the current Quarters planned activities. I've pasted it below.
Some of the items are reliant on the JV going ahead, eg the front end engineering. Also progressing the JV is the top item.
Note also there is nothing about finance (must be solved thru JV?)
Broader battery HPA utilisation & additional internal revenue streams - has that got something to do with the project with EGR?

Also of interest, Roly didn't just cut 'n paste that tweet, he has edited it, changed progress to progressing & removed the dot point etc
