Looking very constructive here, JV extension taken by the market as a signal to take positions. And I do not think that this is the JV being priced in fully either, I think when we get the JV we will run off whatever base we establish (unless of course the JV is underwhelming in itself).

There will likely be a lot of institutional investment that simply won't come until the JV is signed and the ink has dried. The JV is anticipated but definitely not fully priced into FYI's current valuation.
