As in they’ve crossed their t’s. Market certainly seems to have recently become more confident that it’s a done deal. Personally I’ve always expected the JV otherwise I wouldn’t have FYI as my largest holding. As for sell the news, I think it’s just as crazy to sell when JV is announced as there’s even more upside afterwards.
