"Not as expensive as it sounds. In a hypothetical 50/50 JV with Alcoa forking out the US$210m, they'll own 50% of the finished plant, so the extra cost to them is really only US$105m. In this scenario they'd be putting in our 50% of the funding. I'd say that's quite cheap."
Agree @Red Baron. Paying US$105m for a ticket into the HPA space and our strategy is just massive unders if its 50/50.
