I doubt you'll be able to do that.
I'd expect the announcement to drop sooner rather than later, very unlikely to be in week 4 after missing the last 90 day target.

Assuming we stay in the 80's, when the JV is announced we'll go straight to $1 plus
It will completely bypass your 90c - $1 selling range
In any case $1 still gives us a smaller market cap than A4N.

On a serious note though, the JV announcement will just be the start. It's unlikely to have specific detail of for example the planned N American expansion although I believe it will lay out the foundations for such an expansion. An announcement like that would be enormous or for example an offtake with Tesla or any of the big battery manufacturers.

This is just the start, don't sell yourself short.
