Couldn't agree more. Joint pilot plant run with Alcoa Feb. Told that's basically all the JV boxes checked besides commercial terms. May they enter "90 exclusive period for JV discussions" wow great...I guess...what has been happening in the mean time? Clock runs out on that and announce a 30 day extension because they just need to iron out a few more tiny tiny details. Market likes that because it proves to some Alcoa was in fact serious. Now it is starting to become a big joke. How long is it just going to drag and drag for. Its obvious all company energy has gone into this JV with no market outreach in the mean time so after all this time and effort if there is no agreement its going to look very dire. But for some reason most here are acting like because the share price is going up its a done deal and celebrating.
