"Now it is inside the scope" Based on this quote my take is these downstream opportunities/projects will now be included in the scope of the JV. That doesn't necessarily mean the JV will proceed with them but rather that FYI won't be able to pursue them outside the JV unless permitted by Alcoa. If that has been determined they should be able to get back to the table to once and for all finalise this binding term sheet.
