I would be more worried about Alcoa and where its power comes from in every smelter in Australia including Gladstone.They are struggling with their Green power credentials everywhere at present.Orica and A4N are small cheese in comparison.Look at who is your potential JV partner.So much bullshit on here and A4n forums that its not worth reading which is a shame
