Possible 3 X plants 1.4B X 3 = 4.2 B
Possible split Alcoa 70% FYI 30%
30% x 4.2 B = 1.26 B
SOI 350 Mil
Share Price at 30% share of three plants
1.26 B / 350 Mil ~ $3.60
