Exactly right. Detailed engineering design of the 8ktpa commercial plant (along with pre-construction studies, permitting etc.), will commence during phase 2. These engineering optimisation studies can take a long time. There is no way that an FID will be made prior to the demo plant having run at full capacity for a length of time such that there is sufficient confidence in the build and process.
