Reply to @canuck81 Yes, its so important that across a Project, it has consistent and clear use of terms & acronyms...and so communications. As this creates momentum and makes achieving milestones all very possible. And dont you just hate it when some self centred smart-arse on the project introduces a new acronym to replace an existing one or ones without beforehand running it past the whole project team and bringing them onboard.
On a complex Project everybody needs to speak the same language!
