When it comes to acronyms I think these are important in the next stage of development for FYI/Alcoa with the 1000tpa plant built first and the 8500tpa plant probably being started while the first plant is still being finalised. Subcontractor Bid Documents (Bid Doc's): The PEC Report® indicates when subcontractor contracts or agreements are solicited or awarded
Kick-Off: The Kick-Off date provides the best estimate of when construction will begin at the plant site.
