FYI Management & Andrew Spinks own a combined 54m shares - that's around 20%.
Add another 40m shares for long term/loyal holders and we are nearly up to 100m shares, so highly unlikely anyone can get a controlling stake without buying on market and sending the share price up much higher.
Who would you think would risk their reputation and offer 40c?
