Asculpeous has no respect for Regal either but it's the law of the ASX jungle: exploit any weakness available to make a buck.It's not for us but think that there is an opportunity for someone with deep pockets to build a big holding.The strategy they use has intrinsic weaknesses,and just like the bots that plague many sub 5c stocks,they will go away once we enter a sustained uptrend.

Regal have marked themselves as a target for larger predators:again,the law of the jungle-those with vulnerabilities get eaten.

They are of no danger at all to those who buy and hold and don't use close stops.
Infact, to execute their strategy means that they believe FYI's story.

The FYI registry is wide open with many smaller holdings. THat's one of the things that Regal is exploiting.

We need a couple of steady,non game-playing instos on the registry who will add when there is any weakness. Roly should be target marketing to these- we need more than 1 so that there is some competition to add to their holdings on any weakness.We are past the stage of running the show on the veritable sniff of an oily rag, and build a cash stash purely for strength to derisk the whole operation.To dilute by 2 x 10% holding,with shares held in escrow for 12 months, would give us a strong market position showing that we are prepared to make our own way,and give us more clout with Alcoa at the negotiating table.
