Takeover would seem unlikely - Top 50 shareholders own more than 55% of the Company. I for one certainly wouldn't be selling any of my shares for less than $0.60. I suspect others would be similarly inclined.
Again, I agree with MJ - my valuation is based on a market cap around $800m full production = over $2 per share.
Current valuation is ridiculous IMO. Sentiment is very negative and voters are ill informed. Sentiment can change very quickly though (in both directions). We went from "peak optimism" prior to the announcement, and now we seem close to "peak negativity". This too shall pass!
SP at the highs reflected a full JV commitment and straight into a production plant. Current SP reflects no JV arrangement at all. Markets behave irrationally. @Accumul8 100% agree. Total disconnect with A4N and FYI valuation. Can't see this lasting.
