The $0.10 options are as good as dead and I don't think the company will extend the expiry. They would rather see them lapse and then have the room to issue more options later as freebies to entice new investors or to gift them to associates.
There will be some disgruntled holders but the company has no obligation to extend expiry and they will probably just blame it on covid. When it comes to options it is buyer beware as you have no rights other than to buy the stock at a certain level by a certain date.
