Yes a great interview & Yes he looks VERY happy with the way things are progressing operationally. The overhang he refers to would be from the recent capital raising earlier in 2021 (to buy Henty) - this explains why the stock has remained/continues to trade around $2. Once it is taken out it will be interesting to see just how high the share price re-rates.
