It's subjective. I'd start with horizontal resistance and support lines first then trend lines or trend channels if they have formed. Generally the horizontal lines are where a bunch of buying and selling has occured, with market psychological this is the points at which people are likely to buy into or sell into after congestion has occured previously at price points. Any break of these lines suggests weakness at the resistance or support line and may present an opportunity to purchase in or derisk, sell.

TA imo is about the here and now and what market participants are doing and whether a stock is bullish or bearish.
