Nova will be cyclical in reference to CR's once SP starts to move upwards from 15c to 20. NVA board will have to pull the trigger, only way to fund the project more dilution to shareholders. So best start making market moves in NVA SP in anticipation of the above to enable a reentry once the rinse churn enviably begins at NVA!!
