There were good reasons for postponing the scoping study that fully convinced me. The mistake was rather the premature announcement to do one too early which in turn aroused expectations.
It always causes a big disappointment when expectations are not met.
But let us all look forward for the thrilling things to come and not look back to the mistakes of the past ( what is good for nothing ).
There is now no reason for any frustration.
