NextInvestors (S3 Consortium) email just out with their 2021 stock picks (about 19 of them)
They've been long term fanciers of EXR (it's what got EXR on my radar last year)
and at one stage (as S3) they were in Top 20 list,
sold some (not sure how many they hold currently)

Elixir Energy (ASX:EXR)

Exploring for natural gas on the Mongolian-China border to replace burning of coal for energy in China.

✅ 2020: Commenced Drilling, Announced Mongolia’s first ever natural gas discovery from its first exploration well, followed by a 5 well appraisal program with each well intersecting gassy coals - and another sub basin discovered from an exploration well. Just secured $8M in funding.

2021: Significantly expanded program of exploration, appraisal and for the first time production testing wells in parallel to commercial discussion on farm in and offtake partners.

Macro Theme: China’s new 5 year plan demands reduction of burning dirty coal for energy and aims to reduce reliance on foriegn powers for energy supply.
