Most of us will accept that all organisations (or more specifically complex systems) have inefficiency or error rates that can be improved upon. Dacian is clearly no exception. The problem for the humble shareholder here is the complex system's activity is largely hidden from us. You appear to have observed detail of the complex system that outside observers have not and you have decided to share this which is both intriguing but at the same time frustrating. You can appreciate that what you know is obvious to you but not to us.
We are taught that when one observes an issue within a complex system that may cause harm to the system it is incumbent upon that observer to report that to the manager of the system.
