The fish rots from the head is a classic management analogy!
I suspect that all of these issues are what management might categorise as 'sub-optimal' but also 'non-critical'. Either way the issues appear to be known to management and something is being done based on the evidence you have discovered.
I for one will now resume my stoicism and patience.
