no its not really, geos, management designate extraction points,move feed to crusher, quite simple... in reality a process like this is as simple as it comes... if a contractor is failing to deliver on such a mundane and basic task they would be outed period..
if leigh junk is any sort of mine manager these issues should be short lived.
maybe some hot air on this topic, im not sure, but, im backing that management would and should be ontop of any operational issues.
if not... simply put they continually fail to deliver.
