I had to reread the above a couple of times to understand this properly, and perhaps more experienced folks would offer an answer.
Would the above constitute misconduct? Incompetence? Genuine error (she'll be right mate)? Outright theft (dumping it for some else to process)? Where you are only as good as the tonnage and grade of your ore, the above practice seems a bit...amateur and dare I say.....unforgivable?
