I take your point regarding tax losses, great for cashflow and funding all that work.

And the profitability seems fairly certain given that the overheads are not growing with its increase so Gross Profit less Overheads give as very healthy EBITDA. All businesses will have a good year.

So why do you think they are not engaging with us long suffering owners? No presentation and minuscule offer. We get 1:20 they get 1:5.

Surely the Richardson family can see that an informed and engaged shareholder base with some broker support will deliver at least a doubling of the current price. The broker that they said was engaged last year...what was the result of that? Have you seen any research or any broker presentations. Seems very quiet after the disclosure. And the Chair, the stock has declined by around a compound annual rate of 20% since she was appointed. Was her appointment just nepotism. Daddy looking after the daughter? I really thought she might begin to engage with the owners and the market but until now virtually nothing. Below is what was promised at the 2019 AGM by Lynn, the Chair.




And this placement...is it her intention to move on to a new bunch of shareholder.
Is there something with the old shareholder I am not aware of.

Anyway it looks like word is getting out as there are 3 million wanted on the buy side and only 250,000 0n the sell. The broker and/or the new shareholders must be spreading the word now that they are set. Free money, as they say.
