An Internet search of Jerome Nugent-Smith informs us that he was at the University of Southern California (USC) from 1975 to 1977 (see https://au.linkedin.com/in/jerome-nugent-smith-6a811510. Is the “usc75” pen-name a coincidence?
The information at https://iknow.cch.com.au/document/a...-limited-in-liq-v-kindly-products-pty-ltd-ors is interesting, but too tedious for a disinterested party to digest. That Jerome Nugent-Smith is therein described as egregious, which in legal lingo means extraordinary bad. The bit at https://www.theage.com.au/national/...grammar-a-lifeline-claim-20141204-120epb.html is easier to read. There may be more than one Jerome Nugent-Smith in the world, so one cannot know if Internet references to that name cover the same person.
Enough idle natter; CCP seems to be doing well on the share-price front. Those who got in at below $12.50 before the recent capital raising, and at $12.50 via the CR, are not complaining.
