They will also visit the CirkTech Research Center in Čížkovice, which is operated by the University of Chemical Technology in Prague and the Lafarge Cement company. Both entities participate in research into the future processing of Czech lithium from Cínovec, which is being prepared for mining by Geomet, a company belonging to ČEZ. Czech lithium is thus in Czech hands. What is the current situation with lithium and what is going to happen in the future - this will be the topic of a press conference at which CEZ CEO Daniel Beneš and the Rector of the University of Chemical Technology in Prague Pavel Matějka will also speak."
