I'm Czech and as far as I know, mines (coal mines) in the Czech Republic operate in four 6-hour shifts (6+2 hours) which overlap with maintenance - morning maintenance shift (6am), mining shift (noon), mining shift 2 (6pm), mining shift 3 (midnight). If I were preparing a PFS/production estimate, this is what I would take for granted.

I already wrote here repeatedly that it is technically impossible to simply triple or quadruple production just because of some random fact - like upgrading the resource or adding magic hours. There are limitations especially in space because it would be a deep mine.
