This was the essence of my comments earlier, everyone is talking but there are few solid advances.
Both auto companies and governments don't want to take the first solid steps to establishing world wide takeoffs. Part of the hype is that all governments are only to keen to pronounce future dates for the end of ICV production, but these are some years away from actual implementation. And we have the very real problem with china to deal with.
Further the traditional auto manufacturers are still coming to terms that the primary source of motive power (the engine and transmission which has traditionally defined the auto maker); is now being distributed across mining and battery companies. With the battery taking the most prominent consideration by would be buyers.
I believe as others have suggested, that the sp is falling back because many medium term investors are losing interest. This also seems to be reflected in very many of the other established LI companies.
Also it would seem that emh is becoming the target of day traders.
