At least clarification of offtake was admitted. Negotiations at the chemical level would certainly take longer than at the spod level. I suspect the VW decision on a Czech battery plant has contributed to the delay. Note also that Tesla Belin gigafactory opening has open be delayed.
Upgrade to the U.S listing also happening. I suspect the Czech listing has been placed on hold or run into issues.
