CEZ is literally the best expert you can find in not communicating and delaying any announcements. For example the CEZ yearly dividend suggestion for 2020 was announced only last week (suggestion announced in May of next year, confirmed probably in June, paid probably in August...). There were no special reasons, they probably just like it that way. Same story with their failed investments abroad - deny anything went wrong, then make last minute announcement about what actually went wrong.
Despite that there are rumours there will be a gigafactory in the city of Prunerov at the site of a former coal plant. Joint venture between CEZ, Skoda Auto and possibly LG Chem. Some announcement could be made in June, another one before the CZ parliamentary elections.
