I am wondering why shareholders (EMH and CEZ) are expected to raise capex money for Geomet. Why does not Geomet apply for bank loan directly? Or even better why does not Geomet borrow money directly from parent CEZ? They have more than enough to lend... Maybe some accounting barriers to that but I would have thought there is no need to bother with banks if CEZ holds large cash reserves...
