what contracts and deals does NC have ? we have seen some client tombstones and a recurring revenue number in the presentation. we have no idea on the size of these contracts or how many there are. what is the NC pipeline? what's the Microsoft deal doing? haven't pushed them any contracts or business since the announcement.
why is it a solid base because it is based in the USA? we know absolutely nothing what is going on and what the integrated company will be doing or how it is positioning itself. how will one company leverage off the other?
anyone that wanted stock would have received it in the placement. who are the buyers now?
nothing until the next 4c late January. they would want to have a backlog of announcements ready to go, otherwise could be low 20s very quickly.
