    Given even minor software releases are bogged down by bureaucratic process, and this would require a next-to-impossible institutional change (as every Gov department I've consulted to were big on standardised processes and systems), what research did you do that led you to the conclusion that investing in a company who's business model is aimed at servicing government departments by offering a product to replace existing software systems was a good idea?

    What are they offering that can't already be achieved by existing platforms that are ubiquitous throughout Gov (i.e. Sharepoint etc) with either out-of-the-box features or customisation/integration that would be significantly easier than a new vendor roll-out?

    What do they offer that would entice a Gov department to move from a BigVendor backed solution to theirs?
