The same mid 2020 narrative is still in play for this company. Great product range, management, connections within government, and now increased international market exposure with a growing sales network worldwide courtesy of the NC tie up. The realisation that the contract announcements might not happen for a month (or heaven forbid two months) has the short term traders bored for the moment it would seem. Most long term holders won't mind waiting a bit longer considering what even one announcement will do to the market cap.
