Someone/entity has gone to great lengths to kill the buying momentum and keeping the SP stagnant in the mid 4c's. The current SP doesn't make sense at all, & is not a reflection of it's true "market" value.
Serious investors will look beyond current SP, and look at the fundamentals, especially the mad rush to peg land in the region from the titans, RIO & FMG
The Greatland Gold factor that you mentioned is a major reason some serious investors ie. from USA, Canada, UK are familiar with the AZY story, and are ready to pounce and buy up big
