MrAu, how are you, obviously you have missed me...you have mentioned me a few times, I am glad you waited for me to be abscent to make ludicrous claims

Can we please be clear on a couple of points because you are misrepresenting me:

1. at no time have I said that I reported RXL for lack of news or any other reason, I don't play the game

2. my concern has been the lack of news that was promised before on or xmas, none of which arrived, as a shareholder or potential shareholder, if promised updates and announcements, I expect them to arrive

3. due to the lack of news, I believe that this may have damaged the RXL brand and it's credibility, as shareholders waiting for news promised and not arriving is concerning

4..the assumptions, theories and constant reference to particular members on this forum having access and in regular communication with Passmore is fanciful and yes I do believe that has hurt the brand. why, you ask?

well why should one, two or three have access to news that all shareholders have a right to, whether they did or did not speak to Passmore, anything divulged would be the CEO's responsibility to make available to all shareholders and not just a few, and it put's Passmore at risk because those few who can then put their own insights, misrepresentations and take on and then publish on here as if that is what Passmore said, when in fact it is not what he said....

A CEO of high standing in the industry with exceptional skills in mining and people skills would not allow himself to be so vulnerable, and if he did then he is not the man for the job, and for that reason I do not believe that those conversations have occurred...it just does not make sense.

Don't you find that ludicrous?

We have even had members on here stating that Passmore was not meant to say a particular thing but actually meant another....who in their right mind would do that. So sending out more confusing messages and distortion.

The constant talk of takeovers and nickel projects and expectations from the so called experts also creates expectations on all investors and potential investors and when they don't come to fruition, some start to lose faith just as i did.

that is where the damage to the brand has been done in the eyes of some shareholders and potential investors, probably a small reason why trade no's are low...if shareholders and potential investors do not have confidence in RXL, then what do you have

The claims, theories etc which you have also participated in, have created high expectations and when it just does not happen day in day out, people may see the brand as a sitting duck...

Have I ever criticised the fundamentals of RXL? .....No

Have I said that it's foundations are strong?.....Yes

Did I buy back in? .....Yes

Am I concerned about the lack of news?...yes

But someone on here put it brilliantly and that is "we just don't know what is going on behind the scenes"

but when you get heroes on here saying that this and that is going on behind the scenes or Passmore meant to say this instead of that etc etc etc, it sends a completely different message, one that can be distorted and may not be in line with what RXL is going to announce or what their plans are

and that can hurt

One thing I can tell you......the only experts and people who actually know what is happening, are not on here but in the offices of RXL, and they are the only ones that i will be listening to..

Please do not misrepresent me again.
