The excellent Grain Central website indicates there's an industrial dispute at Port Kembla NSW's Inner Harbour between 10 Australian Workers Union members and GNC, with the former allegedly agitating for a significant pay rise.
While we won't take the words of the union representative as Gospel, he claims that 12 casuals are being forced to turn up to load two ships that as per the shipping stem will load a total of 98,000 tonnes of wheat, with the union claiming a third ship is also affected.
